The Blue Flag Beaches of Tuscany are announced every year during the summer. The award is recognition for a number of factors based around the quality of water, cleanliness and the local environmental impact of each beach. 

Every summer, the list for the next 12 months is published and you can see the Blue flag beaches of Tuscany listed below, categorised by province. They include most of the most popular seaside resorts on Tuscany's Tyrrhenian Coast with the likes of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Castiglione della Pescaia represented.
