Borgo Stretto

The Borgo Stretto is one of the main shopping streets in the historic centre of Pisa. It loosely translates as "narrow village" and is characterised by its grand palazzi of varying colours with porticoes at the street level.
One of the liveliest areas in the city with shops and restaurants, it stretches south to Ponte di Mezzo bridge across the River Arno. |
