The hill town of Capoliveri stands at an elevation of 167 metres above sea level and is located 15 kilometres south east of Portoferraio, the capital of Elba. One of the most attractive and also, populous towns on the island, Capoliveri has a good number of shops as well as places to eat.

From the town you get great views across the rest of the island.
