The first place that most visitors to the island see is Giglio Porto and what a great introduction it is.
The reward for the short ferry ride across from Porto Santo Stefano is the sight of the multi-coloured houses in the island of Giglio's port which is also its main town. This is where you'll find the majority of shops, restaurants and other facilities. |

There are car and scooter rental offices here and you can also take buses from here to the island's beaches and resorts.
