The Santa Maria Novella Train Station is the most important rail artery in and out of Florence. This is where you arrive if you take a train to Florence from any of the other major cities in Italy including Rome to the south and Venice to the north.
Th station is the main transport hub in the city: outside it there's a taxi rank and just a short walk away is the Unità tram stop. |
